This page sets out the terms and conditions, financial policies, and key information that all players must know when using the 123kyat platform.

Availability of services depends on the player's location, applicable laws, and technical conditions. 123kyat reserves the right to suspend services in any region at any time.
2. Account Registration and Management
You must register a personal account at 123kyat to play games and carry out financial transactions. The player is solely responsible for all activity on their account.
2.1 One Account Policy
Each player may hold only one 123kyat account. If a second account is detected using the same IP address, payment method, or personal details, all associated accounts may be suspended and bonuses forfeited.
2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information
All information provided when registering must be accurate and complete. Any changes must be updated promptly. 123kyat is not responsible for withdrawal issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
2.3 Account Security
Players are responsible for keeping their account login details (username/password) secure. Players are personally responsible for all activity carried out on their account. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, contact 123kyat customer service immediately.
2.4 Account Verification
Under the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 123kyat may request a player's national ID and payment proof. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The following policies must be strictly followed when carrying out financial transactions.

3.1 Deposits
- Deposits must be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only, and only from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Transferring funds under someone else's name or using a third-party card/account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are sent back only to the account/method used for the original deposit — changing the method is not permitted.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if a player's KYC verification is not yet complete.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes under Myanmar Standard Time (UTC+6:30), and may be initiated at any time.
- Winnings from bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the Wagering Requirement stated below has been met.

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy
All bonuses and promotions offered by 123kyat are subject to the terms set out in this section.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
When you open an account at 123kyat and make your first deposit, you receive a 100% bonus on that deposit amount, up to a maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks.
- Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks, with a Wagering Requirement of 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks.
- Example — deposit 620,000 Ks, receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 920,000 Ks, with a Wagering Requirement of 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement is met. The Wagering Requirement means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount across games before winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
4.3 Bonus Terms
- Each individual bonus may have its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the 123kyat website.
- 123kyat may change or discontinue bonus offers without prior notice.
- Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
- If fraudulent methods are detected in claiming a bonus (duplicate accounts, system exploitation), the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
4.4 VIP Program
123kyat has 5 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can move up tiers based on their gameplay history and activity. As you move up VIP tiers, your weekly cashback amount increases, and at the Diamond tier you can receive up to 1.5% cashback.
5. Game Rules
The following policies must be followed when playing Slots, Live Casino, football betting, and Crash Games on the 123kyat website.
5.1 Fair Play
Games on 123kyat operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to deliver equal opportunity for every player. 123kyat guarantees fair play.
5.2 Cheating and Fraud
- Exploiting any game bug, glitch, or software error is strictly prohibited.
- If collusion, match fixing, or the use of insider information is detected, the account will be closed and winnings will be forfeited.
- Use of bot software, automated scripts, or any pre-programmed technical tools is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Technical Issues

6. Prohibited Actions
Players are never allowed to perform any of the following actions on the 123kyat platform—
- Money laundering or acting as a money mule
- Owning more than one account (multi-accounting)
- Hacking the website, launching DDoS attacks, or attempting to access it with malicious intent
- Harassing, threatening, or treating other players inappropriately
- Intentionally colluding with other players (collusion)
- Using the service for any purpose that violates applicable law
If a breach of these policies is found, 123kyat may close the account and forfeit any remaining balance without prior notice. Records may be disclosed to the relevant authorities.
7. Personal Data Protection

8. Service Termination
123kyat may suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances—
- When a breach of these terms and conditions is found
- Providing false personal information or failing to complete KYC verification
- Transactions suspected of being related to money laundering
- Found to be playing from a location that does not comply with local law or our policies
Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any bonus funds that have not met the completed bonus wagering requirement will not be paid out. A refund of the genuine cash amount (excluding bonuses) will be considered.
9. Limitation of Liability
123kyat takes no responsibility for losses arising from a player's gameplay losses, network connection issues, or third-party services. Players are considered to have fully understood that gambling can result in financial loss and to be playing of their own free will.

Regardless of where the player is located, these terms must be followed, and it is the player's own responsibility to check compliance with the laws of their local jurisdiction.
Each of these terms stands independently from the rest, and if any one term is found to be invalid, the remaining terms continue to be in full effect.
13. Amendments to Terms
123kyat may update these terms at any time due to service improvements, legal changes, or company policy changes.
